Position Overview:
The COE Manager for LATAM region will provide transactional support for wide
range of key finance requirements, from month-end closing through to key
forecast and budgeting activities, innovation costing and reporting. Integral
part of regional E2E Supply chain Finance with dotted line to General COE
finance, providing value-added analysis and business partnership.
Process improvement & new processes champion.
Responsibilities:
* Month End close responsibilities for multiple entities in LATAM. Pre-close
activities through-out the month, ensuring our cost accounts close on time
and with accurate records.
* CCI project validation across LATAM. Requires analysis and challenging the
teams
* LATAM innovation costing, leading the team to ensure our innovations have
accurate costing and guidance.
* LATAM Forecasting process, the COE leader needs to run and review our LATAM
forecast, analyze based on the information given by our plant controllers,
procurement finance, etc.
