DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
Project Objective
The intern will collaborate on enhancing the accuracy of the automated Wrap-Up
Code (WUC) assignment for customer interactions in USA Service Centers. By
supporting the testing, validation, and continuous improvement of AI models that
classify customer interactions (calls, emails, and SMS). Additionally, the
intern will contribute to enhancing training and identifying opportunities to
automate testing processes. The intern will also collaborate in the definition,
validation, and continuous maintenance of an AI-driven product model designed to
enable multi-order creation for customers of Ready-Mix business line within the
Cemex Go. The objective is to optimize the digital ordering experience, ensure
business logic accuracy, and support the integration of intelligent features
into Cemex Go.
