ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to support
Sezzle’s Compliance Team.



This role provides second-line oversight and
day-to-day advisory support across a wide range of business activities by
translating regulatory requirements into practical guidance, executing
operational compliance reviews, and producing governance-ready documentation and
reporting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring adherence to regulatory
requirements and supporting the development of internal policies, standards and
procedures, while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability across the
organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* Provide compliance advisory support to business partners on consumer finance
and payments requirements; document guidance, decisions, and follow-ups.
* Support the intake, tracking, and completion of Compliance Operations,
Advisory, and Financial Crimes Compliance work (advisory requests, reviews,
alerts/cases, and actions) using defined workflows and evidence standards.
