The role is based in Polanco, Mexico City (hybrid role) . Lead end-to-end service delivery across Finance Global Business Services (GBS) functions supporting stakeholders throughout North America and Latin America.
Oversee Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC), and Source to Pay (STP) operations, ensuring service excellence and operational reliability.
Direct Record to Report activities, including General Ledger and Plant Cost Accounting processes.
Strengthen internal controls, support audit readiness, and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX),
United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), and applicable local regulations.
Lead governance forums and business reviews while serving as a trusted partner to regional Finance and business stakeholders.
Partner with Digital, Information Technology (IT), and Transformation teams to advance automation, analytics, and Finance transformation programs.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
~7+ years of progressive experience within Finance, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments .
~Strong experience leading Finance Shared Services or Global Business Services operations.
~ Fluent English and Spanish communication skills; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
~ Deep understanding of accounting, controllership, financial reporting, and governance practices.
