Job Requirements
Develop and increase company sales through strong business relationships with clients in the steel industry, primarily within the Continuous Casting & Mills (C&M;) area. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer portfolios, and managing commercial projects from proposal and quotation preparation through order closing. Additionally, provide technical-commercial support to customers, coordinate requirements with suppliers and internal teams, participate in bidding processes, and ensure business growth and profitability objectives are achieved.
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales or business development.
Experience in the steel, metal-mechanical, or industrial sector.
Knowledge of Continuous Casting & Mills (C&M;) processes is highly preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and suppliers.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Basic knowledge of finance, costing, and budgeting.
Experience preparing technical-commercial proposals and quotations.
Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
Strong customer-oriented mindset and relationship management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related engineering field.
Advanced English proficiency.
