Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager the Program Manager role involves manage and lead the multifunctional team assigned to the account that needs to be managed, focused on obtaining operational and financial results aligned with the organizational objectives and those of our clients.

What a typical day looks like:
- Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.)
- Leader for Large NPI projects.
- Will communicate to external customer and upper management for Project status and day to day activities.
- Will lead multidisciplinary team to achieve the goals negotiated with both external and internal customers.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and Project profitability.
