Summary
The Content Management Specialist is responsible for end-to-end operational management of digital product content for PS Commercial Lifecycle Services, with additional support for Print Lifecycle, Graphics, Consumer, and Poly as required. This role acts as the subject matter expert for “Services” content flow, ensuring seamless integration with downstream systems and tools, enabling New Service Introductions to market globally and support our customers and partners.
The role requires advanced ability to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve issues related to data flows between multiple systems. Analyze and map data movement, identify root causes of disruptions or inaccuracies, and drive corrective actions across interconnected platforms. Experienced in general collaboration; also proven ability to work independently to resolve moderate scope problems and ensure alignment with business requirements.
