The Job:

The Trade Compliance Manager, Mexico is responsible for leading and managing all trade compliance activities for operations in Mexico. This role ensures compliance with applicable Mexican customs laws, international trade regulations, and company policies, with particular accountability for IMMEX program compliance. The position partners closely with import-export, logistics, procurement, legal, finance, and business leaders to minimize trade risk, support operational efficiency,



and maintain compliant cross-border transactions. You’ll get to:
- Lead and oversee trade compliance programs for Mexico operations.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican customs regulations, import/export laws, and applicable international trade requirements.
- Oversee IMMEX compliance, including adherence to program requirements, controls, reporting obligations, and coordination with internal stakeholders to maintain program integrity.
- Monitor temporary importation processes and ensure proper control, reconciliation, and discharge of goods imported under the IMMEX program.
- Support compliance related to tariff classification, customs valuation, country of origin, and recordkeeping requirements.
- Partner with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant import/export activity.
