Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in CPE and CPA services, is seeking a Senior Associate (Bookkeeping) to support US-based CPA firms and clients. The adecuado candidate will have hands-on bookkeeping experience for US companies, strong knowledge of US accounting principles, and experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, processing AP/AR transactions, preparing journal entries, and supporting month-end/year-end close activities while ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards.

Must-Have Requirements
- 1–3 years of bookkeeping experience supporting US clients or CPA firms.
- Knowledge of US accounting principles / US GAAP.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.




- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with reconciliations, AP/AR, and journal entries.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CPA pursuing.
- Experience in KPO or accounting outsourcing firms.
- Exposure to month-end and year-end close processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25,000.00 per hour
