We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced
Industrial Personnel Services Coordinator
to lead and oversee various critical aspects of industrial operations within manufacturing environments. T
he ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of industrial canteens, including current regulations, NOM 251, as well as significant experience in personnel transportation services and uniform delivery to manufacturing personnel
. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong personnel supervising skills, high negotiation abilities, and the capacity to effectively handle labor union relationships. A comprehensive knowledge of labor relations and human resources, along with the ability to travel for extended periods, is also crucial for this role.
