Construction Project Manager – U.S. Construction
Pay: $1500-2000 USD per month

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager based in Mexico with strong knowledge of U.S. construction projects, processes, and standards. This person will be responsible for coordinating projects from planning through completion, working closely with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and project timelines.
- Review construction plans, drawings, scopes of work, and project specifications.
- Track project budgets, costs, change orders, and overall project progress.
- Communicate regularly with U.S.-based clients, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and vendors.
- Obtain and compare subcontractor/vendor bids and assist with negotiations.
- Monitor deadlines and proactively address delays or project issues.
- Maintain organized project documentation, contracts, invoices,



permits, and reports.
- Conduct regular project follow-ups and provide status updates to management.
- Ensure projects are completed according to scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.

Requirements
- 3+ years of construction project management experience.
- Previous experience working on construction projects in the United States is required.
- Strong understanding of U.S. construction terminology, processes, and documentation.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and multiple active projects.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project tracking skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Based in Mexico and comfortable working U.S.
