Accountant / Bookkeeper

We're looking for a
reliable and detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper
to support the day-to-day financial operations of a growing business.

This role is adecuado for someone with hands-on experience in
bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll, and QuickBooks
who can take ownership of their work and keep financial records accurate and organized.

What You'll Do
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Manage accounts payable and vendor invoices
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with financial reports and accounting-related tasks
- Enter and organize financial data
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Support the team with ongoing accounting and administrative needs

What We're Looking For
- Experience in
bookkeeping or accounting
- Hands-on experience with




QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online
- Good working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
- Experience with payroll, accounts payable, and reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized and able to manage deadlines
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn

We're open to candidates with different levels of accounting experience
as long as you have strong bookkeeping fundamentals and are comfortable taking ownership of your work.
