Join us as an Industrial Trainer I and play a key role in building a skilled, safety-focused manufacturing workforce. You'll design impactful training programs, lead hands-on sessions, and drive continuous improvement across our operations.

What will you do?
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety standards
- Manage the Learning Corner, coordinating training resources and leading short interval management activities
- Assess training effectiveness and continuously enhance materials to maximize learning and performance
- Collaborate with HR, Methods, and Learning Solutions teams to align training priorities and resolve challenges
