Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Accountant (QuickBooks) to oversee financial reporting, execute timely bank reconciliations, and manage day-to-day general ledger operations. This fully remote position offers continuous career advancement potential for finance professionals experienced in QuickBooks management and accounting compliance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain general ledger accuracy, process vendor invoices, and oversee client billing (A/P & A/R).
- Conduct monthly bank and credit card reconciliations in QuickBooks.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements,
and balance sheet evaluations.
- Support month-end closing activities and maintain audit-ready financial documentation.
- Communicate directly with US management regarding financial records and status updates.
Requirements & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, financial reporting, and ledger operations.
- Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written) required.
- Must submit an updated resume in English.
