Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor.

Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

What You’ll Do
Primary function
Lead, facilitate and coordinate production activities and resources according to established practices and or policies within their job area to ensure deliveries on time, parts and components that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Essential Functions
- Prepare and send production daily report.
- Coordinate, leverage, and utilize appropriately resources to resolve safety,



quality and manufacturing situations in order to improve processes and meet external and internal customer demands.
- Provide and implement training that will enable personnel to better perform.
- Coordinate and manage employees: HR incidents (attendance, punctuality, overtime, vacations, and permissions).
- Act as a business partner by planning, initiating, leading, measuring, monitoring and assessing continuous improvement programs and manufacturing process improvements by applying appropriate tools, like problem solving tools such as ELSS (Eaton Lean Six Sigma) and 5s.
- Maintain Kanban inventory, process inventories (WIP) within min-max according to demand. Ensuring the administration of production resources.
- Participate in setting, communicating and achieving department goals and objectives and develop and maintain performance metrics as required to monitor results and use those results as a tool to identify a
