Job Description
- Own email and SMS marketing strategy across client portfolios.
- Develop retention roadmaps, campaign calendars, and lifecycle marketing plans.
- Write high-converting lifecycle email and SMS copy.
- Build and manage audience segmentation strategies within Klaviyo.
- Architect, launch, and optimize automated customer journeys.
- Manage platform setup, domain configuration, deliverability, and compliance.
- Analyze retention performance and revenue metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Design and execute structured A/B testing programs.
- Deliver strategic insights and recommendations through client-facing reporting.
- Collaborate with creative and paid media teams to align retention initiatives.




- Provide strategic direction to email designers and ensure campaign quality.

The Successful Applicant
Required
- 3+ years of experience owning email and SMS marketing strategy.
- Advanced expertise with Klaviyo, including campaigns, flows, segmentation, reporting, integrations, and domain setup.
- Proven ability to write high-converting lifecycle marketing copy independently.
- Strong understanding of retention metrics, including revenue attribution, LTV, engagement rates, deliverability, and customer growth.
- Experience developing and optimizing automated lifecycle programs.
- Working knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce environments.
- Experience designing and executing A/B testing strategies.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and personal workstation.
