Role Objective
Ensure operational continuity and provide timely user assistance by autonomously resolving technical incidents. The idóneo candidate combines hands-on technical execution with a clear understanding of network infrastructure, security, and corporate systems, demonstrating a self-taught attitude to mature their skills and adapt to the company's technologies.





Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Technical Support:
Address and resolve hardware, software, and corporate platform incidents, ensuring proper tracking and escalation of reports.
- Network Infrastructure:
Provide support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the corporate network (including access points, network segmentation, and connectivity).
- Perimeter Security Management:
Assist in the operational administration and monitoring of firewalls, such as
FortiGate (network security firewall)
, and basic security policies.
- Enterprise Systems Support:
Assist in resolving operational issues related to the corporate
ERP
and ensure the proper functionality of the users' work tools.
