Role Overview:

The Supply Chain Manager defines, develop and executes planning, logistics, sourcing and custom compliance strategies, supplier development and purchasing tactics, looking for the best total cost of acquisition,



planning and overall performance of suppliers to achieve the objectives by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and mentoring to planning, logistics and procurement teams in the areas of tactical purchasing practices in accordance with the most current process work instructions and compliance with International trade rules.
- Establish goals and metrics for the full supply chain team; provide feedback; evaluation of performance to goals; report results accordingly. Such as “a Plan For Every Part´´ strategy and cost.
- Develop and effective logistics and planning strategy, which meets the internal customer’s needs to deliver on time and accurate product to customers.
- Develops and maintains Purchase Price Variance strategy (projects, timing, projections)
- Responsible for interface with S&OP; team and MRP master data & message cleanliness
- Develops and complies with Budgetary goals for Purchase Price Variance, Inventory & Freight
