We are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized Customer Service Agent to support a U.S.-based law firm from our office in Puerto Vallarta.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing customer service to U.S. customers over the phone
- English proficiency of C1 level or higher
- Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new systems and procedures
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and confident phone presence
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems,



and other office software

What We're Looking For

The idóneo candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and knows how to create a positive customer experience. You should be patient, empathetic, professional, organized, and solution-oriented, especially when communicating with clients over the phone.

Previous experience with a U.S. law firm is a plus, but not required. We value candidates who are eager to learn and can quickly adapt to new processes and responsibilities.

This is an in-office position in Puerto Vallarta. Remote work is not available for this role.
