- Serve as the general program owner and subject matter expert for key EHS programs, including: Functional and machine safety, Human and Organizational Performance (HOP), Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) Prevention, Ergonomics, Chemical management, Life safety.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve global EHS standards, policies, and management systems that align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Strengthen global processes for identifying, monitoring, and governing compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Lead the continuous improvement of the company's EHS Management System and ensure ongoing conformance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and other business functions to integrate EHS considerations into equipment design, operational processes, capital projects, and business planning.
- Develop and execute global strategies to enhance EHS capability, leadership, and employee engagement across all regions.
- Lead or support EHS audits, incident investigations,



root cause analyses, and regulatory compliance assessments while ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor emerging global regulatory requirements, industry trends, and evolving risks, recommending proactive improvements to programs and standards.
- Analyze global EHS performance metrics and leverage data to identify trends, prioritize risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing environment.
- At least 5 years of experience leading EHS programs across multiple manufacturing sites or regions.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and continuously improving EHS management systems.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and applicable
