- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Law, or a related field.
- Previous HR experience within an international organization is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, HR practices, and payroll processes.
- Experience leading end-to-end recruitment,



including workforce planning, profile definition, candidate assessment, and hiring.
- Ability to manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, payroll, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Experience providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Fluent Spanish and advanced English.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Pragmatic, hands‑on approach with a strong results orientation.
- Trusted advisor to senior leadership, with the ability to influence and build credibility.
- Commercially minded, balancing people priorities with business objectives.
