BMW Mexico is seeking an HRIS, Payroll & Digitalization Trainee to support HR Operations and Payroll across BMW Group Mexico, NSC, NFSC, and LATAM. You will assist in end-to-end payroll tasks, coordinate benefits, and help test and rollout HR digital initiatives.
Working with Finance, IT and vendors, you will ensure data integrity, policy adherence, and confidentiality while driving process improvements in the region.
