TE Connectivity Corporation in Hermosillo is seeking a PCB/PCBA Design and Process Expert to drive manufacturing automation and supplier qualification for PCB/A. You will provide deep technical guidance on PCB fabrication, review designs, and lead cross-functional efforts from MPDE to Sustaining, ensuring quality and cost objectives.
Travel 10%–25% and onsite collaboration with manufacturing teams are expected as you optimize processes and supplier performance for high-reliability electronics.
