The Senior Quality Engineer reports directly to the Quality Manager. This role is mainly focused on the control and tracking of customer claims, ensuring KPIs remain within target levels from a quality assurance perspective. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for participating and leading problem-solving activities within multidisciplinary teams from production, maintenance,



quality, and process control.
