Role overview
As a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL), you will be the main POC for our top AI Labs customers, and manage a team of talented domain experts to train frontier AI models, ensuring the highest standards in data integrity, scalability, and quality. You will oversee the design and execution of workflows that structure, optimize, and manage large-scale data pipelines. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong technical expertise, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives that support AI model development and performance.
- Own Own the project end to end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely happy. Own and manage data pipelines, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
