What can you expect to do?
- Build and Develop Sales Talent: Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and training of Sellers to build a strong and capable sales team.
- Coach and Mentor the Team: Mentor, coach, motivate, and support Sellers in developing their selling skills and achieving performance goals.
- Promote Business Standards: Ensure company policies, procedures, and business ethics are clearly communicated and consistently implemented across the team.
- Drive Individual Performance: Conduct regular one-on-one reviews with Sellers to strengthen communication, identify development opportunities, and provide guidance to improve sales performance and activity levels.
- Support Customer Success: Create and deliver customer presentations as needed while assisting Sales Representatives in preparing impactful customer presentations.




- Align Sales Strategy: Partner with the Director of Sales to execute a cohesive sales strategy that aligns leadership objectives with team execution and market opportunities.
- Monitor Market Performance: Maintain awareness of market trends and evaluate sales performance to identify opportunities and support business growth.
- Communicate Team Results: Provide regular updates to senior management regarding Sales Team performance, progress, and key business insights.
- Support Commercial Decisions: Review and approve orders while ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and profitability goals.
