What will you do?
Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities and support workforce planning
Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment
Leverage HR data and metrics to drive informed decisions on talent management and organizational design
Lead change management initiatives and coach managers on performance, leadership development, and employee growth
Manage unionized workforce relationships, support collective bargaining processes, and lead negotiations with union representatives to maintain constructive labor relations.
