The Senior Manager will lead healthcare consulting engagements end-to-end — from client development through delivery — while managing a high-performing delivery center team. Originate and close consulting engagements with healthcare payers, providers, and life sciences clients
Delivery Leadership
Oversee a delivery center (onshore/offshore), ensuring quality, utilization, and margin targets are met
Drive project governance: scope, budget, risk,



and client satisfaction across a portfolio of engagements
Define delivery standards, frameworks, and repeatable assets
Contribute to internal capability building and knowledge management
