Sales Engineer
The company is seeking a Sales Engineer to join the Research & Development department. This position plays a strategic role in providing technical-commercial support to clients and identifying opportunities to strengthen business development.

Key Responsibilities
Identify current and future client requirements by building professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Provide technical information regarding products and services.
Establish new accounts and manage existing ones by identifying opportunities and planning sales schedules.
Prepare cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation, in coordination with engineering staff and other professionals.
Identify improvements through cost-benefit analysis and propose changes to equipment, processes, materials, or services.
Build client confidence by explaining and demonstrating operational improvements and cost reductions.
Manage orders in collaboration with the technical support team.
Train client personnel by providing technical information and instruction.




Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting and analyzing relevant data.
Stay up-to-date on technical knowledge related to the products and solutions offered.
Analyze the effectiveness of sales activities and propose options and actions to address clients' short- and long-term concerns.
Be available to travel 25% to 50% of the time to attend to clients.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.

Required Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Experience: 5 years in areas such as technical sales, marketing, costing, project management, or product management.
Knowledge: Marketing, sales, costing, ERP systems, and project/product management.
Ability to work autonomously in remote environments.
