DETAILS: Position: DAM Librarian
Duration: Fulltime
Scheme: Part time (20-25 weekly hours)
Salary rate: $8 USD/hr (Contractor)
Location: México (100% remote)

SCHEDULES:
Eastern Time zone, typically between 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, or 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM ET.

ROLE PURPOSE:
Provide seamless integration and cross-functional support within existing brand teams. Reference guardians will work across brand teams and agencies to ensure referencedocuments are robustly governed with associated core claims within Veeva PromoMats to enable an efficient and effective MLR review. Source references and address usage requirements and accountability of safeguarding of copyright/usage.

QUALIFICATION:
~ Bachelor/Master's degree with 3 to 5 years of experience
~ Experience working in the biopharmaceutical industry
~3 years of project management, and/or operational experience
~ Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
~ Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office suite of tools
~ Experience supporting a complex process




~ Proven success in operating in a matrixed or team environment
~ Ability to support a high volume of projects simultaneously
~ Ability to communicate and collaborate across various parts of the organization

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities and key activities include but are not limited to:
Procuring references from the library and sourcing storage copyright permissions
Uploading references to the Veeva PromoMats Reference Library in alignment with the agreed naming convention.
Pre-populating the Reference Library within Veeva PromoMats in alignment with the agreed naming convention
Sourcing references directly from the AoR for agreed brands and projects

SKILLS:
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office suite of tools
Ability to communicate and collaborate across various parts of the organization
