- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or a comparable qualification
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in logistics management or supply chain operations
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams
- Strong knowledge of JIT/JIS processes and ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- SAP and strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze the data
