Reporting to the Director, HR Integral Business Services, the RPA Developer role involves being responsible for driving solutions and actions for the business, employees, and human resources teams using systems, tools, and data, while managing the end-to-end build, test, and deployment process.
Expertise in managing end-to-end build, test, and deployment.
Clearly understand the design from the project lead to develop the solution for cloud/on-prem attended, unattended, and hybrid bots.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Able to design technical specification documents for RPA projects.
Custom package development and deployment for automations.
Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
Good understanding of formal software development practices and procedures,



source code management processes, and version control using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand and articulate technical information and application concepts.
Must be able to work independently and prioritize work effectively, as well as function as an effective team member in a local and virtual team development environment.
Work with various stakeholders, including front-end UI developers, to build interfaces with a focus on reusability features.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
