ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build production-ready agentic capabilities for a B2B intelligence platform, working directly with the CPTO to extend Hermes Agent with new features, skills, tools, and integrations. You will design single-agent and multi-agent workflows, build evaluation frameworks for agent behavior and model performance, modernize existing B2B workflows into reliable agent-driven processes,



and integrate model APIs across Microsoft Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and compatible providers. This is a 6-month engagement based in LatAm requiring regular overlap with US West Coast hours.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build features, skills, tools, integrations, and workflows on top of Hermes Agent.
Modernize selected existing B2B workflows, including information sourcing and newsletter generation, into controlled, end-to-end agent-driven processes.
Design provider-independent model integrations across Microsoft Foundry (formerly Azure AI Foundry), AWS Bedrock, and compatible model APIs.
Contribute to model-governance capabilities, including approved models and providers, policy enforcement, permissions, and deployment controls.
Use GitHub Enterprise and AI-assisted development tools to implement, test, and iterate on agent-driven product capabilities.
