holding full accountability for their technical health, roadmap execution, and business outcomes. You will directly lead a multi-layered organization of managers, senior managers, and individual software engineers while also operating as a hands-on leader who delegates and orchestrates work across AI software development agents to accelerate delivery. This is a modern engineering leadership role: part people leader, part technical owner, and part force-multiplier who treats AI harnesses as a core part of the team's capacity. You will balance a portfolio of greenfield product builds and modernization of existing systems, driving both through a shared platform approach, our enterprise data lake, and strong AI tooling. A qualified candidate is a seasoned engineering leader who is equally comfortable coaching managers, owning architecture design, and getting into the details of CI/CD and delivery pipelines.
