Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration & Orchestrate Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support integrations across the Workday ecosystem and external applications. The idóneo candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations, Workday Orchestrate, APIs, and integration technologies, along with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations with internal and external systems.
- Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, APIs, and Workday Orchestrate.
- Develop and support Workday Orchestrate workflows and automations to streamline business processes.
- Integrate Workday with HR, payroll, finance, benefits, recruiting, and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.




- Work with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Develop integration specifications, technical documentation, and testing plans.
- Perform unit, system, and end-to-end testing and support production deployments.
- Monitor integrations and proactively address performance, data, and security issues.
- Collaborate with Workday and third-party vendors as needed.
- Follow integration development standards, security requirements, and best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
- Strong experience with Workday Orchestrate.
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and/or Workday APIs.
- Strong understanding of REST and/or SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and data transformation.
- Experience integrating Workday with third-party enterprise applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independent
