- Lead the GTM Marketing organization's operating model, including orchestration, governance, organizational readiness, internal communication, and talent and people programs
- Manage a team of program professionals, including staffing, workflow, priorities, and development
- Lead the planning, review, and decision calendar across the function
- Establish and maintain governance, decision rights, operating standards, and escalation paths
- Drive resolution of cross-functional issues
- Lead organizational readiness for planning cycles and executive reviews
- Direct internal communication and information flow to and from senior leadership
- Partner with business and regional marketing leaders on priorities, resourcing, and cross-functional execution
- Lead workforce planning, onboarding, development, recognition, and organizational health programs
- Advise senior leadership on operating priorities, trade-offs, and execution risks

Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically 12+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience
- Preferred background in marketing operations, strategy, business operations, program management, or a related field
- Knowledge of business operations, change management, cross-functional collaboration, decision support, executive communication, go-to-market strategy, governance, KPIs, marketing operations, organizational design, people management, program management, project management, stakeholder management, strategic planning, talent management, and workforce planning
- Ability to lead large functions and programs requiring knowledge of multiple HP disciplines or areas
