ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to continue the development and extension of an internal developer portal and dashboard, working heavily on a custom Java backend while maintaining and potentially rewriting the frontend using TypeScript. You will integrate the application with Snowflake, relational, and non-relational database environments, design and implement RESTful APIs, and ensure code quality through unit testing and performance profiling. The role requires 4+ years of Java backend experience with TypeScript frontend flexibility and the ability to architect a potential frontend rewrite.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Continue the development and extension of the internal developer portal and dashboard.
Work heavily on a custom Java backend to ensure robust server-side performance.
Maintain the existing frontend architecture while planning and executing a potential rewrite using TypeScript.
Integrate the application with diverse database environments, specifically Snowflake, relational, and non-relational databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Ensure code quality through comprehensive unit testing, code reviews, and performance profiling.
MUST HAVES
At least 4+ years of experience in backend development using Java .
Experience integrating with diverse database environments, specifically Snowflake, relational, and non-relational databases .
Flexibility to architect and potentially execute a frontend rewrite.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implem
