We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to drive growth and strengthen Vylor market leadership in Meso Andean Region . This role will lead the development and execution of portfolio, pricing, demand generation, route-to-market, communications, training, and market intelligence strategies to accelerate profitable growth and enhance customer value.
Ensure consistent positioning of brands, products, and value propositions across all customer-facing channels.
Commercial Training & Capability Development
Develop and deploy commercial training programs for sales teams, distributors, and strategic partners.
Identify capability gaps and implement development plans to improve commercial effectiveness.
Route-to-Market (RTM)




Design, evaluate, and optimize Route-to-Market strategies to improve market coverage, customer access, and profitability.
Marketing Intelligence
Develop forecasting models, market sizing analyses, and business performance assessments.
Demand Generation & Territory Planning
Lead the Territory Planning processes to identify growth opportunities, prioritize investments, and optimize commercial resources.
Lead product lifecycle management, including launch planning, portfolio optimization, and discontinuation decisions.
Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
~ MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
~8+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Excellence, Sales, or Business Management within the Agriculture, Seeds, Crop Protection, or related industries.
