ABOUT THIS ROLE:
The Finance Settlement Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Settlement team, ensuring accurate follow-up of payments, vendor and agent inquiries, delivery delays, and dispute resolution. This role requires strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, customer service skills, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.





ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Settlement team in daily operational activities.
- Review, track, and follow up on payment-related inquiries, delivery delays, and settlement issues.
- Handle calls and communications with agents, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support the resolution of disputes, escalations, and urgent requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze information, identify inconsistencies, and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to settlement processes.
- Use Excel to organize, analyze, and manage data; experience creating or managing macros is a strong plus, though not mandatory.
- Work proactively with mínimal supervision while ensuring deadlines and service expectations are met.
