Are you passionate about finance and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our Finance team as an ITCO Finance Professional. You’ll be responsible for supporting Intercompany (ITCO) processes by analyzing, reconciling, and cleaning up aged balances, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across integral financial operations.

As a finance professional, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify variances, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen governance and financial accuracy. This role is based in Querétaro, México, supporting global operations. This is a temporary position based in Queretaro, Mexico, for a 6-month project.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Intercompany Analysis and Reconciliation: Analyze ITCO balances, identify variances, and support the clean-up of aged intercompany transactions.
- Root Cause Identification: Investigate discrepancies, determine root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Create or update documentation (DTPs)



and develop solutions to resolve recurring issues and improve finance processes.
- Reporting and Tracking: Prepare weekly reports on progress, roadblocks, and testing results to ensure visibility and alignment with stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with ITCO Managers, Senior Process Owners, and other teams to ensure effective resolution of issues.

We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify variances and perform root cause analysis.
- Financial acumen and understanding of intercompany processes or accounting principles.
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
