The Production Control Coordinator & Customer Service is responsible for overseeing the short
- and mid-term production planning and material flow within the Material Planning & Logistics (MP&L;) function, ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing operations and on-time customer delivery. In this role, you will translate the master production schedule (MPS) into actionable daily and weekly plans, ensuring precise sequencing and line-side delivery across all active production lines. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Logistics, Quality, Purchasing, and Planning teams to proactively identify and resolve material availability, capacity, and scheduling constraints before they impact the production floor. This position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement to sustain inventory health and customer satisfaction in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.
