Job description:
Reporting directly to the Material Damage Manager is responsible for managing the
processes and employees within defined groups comprising the material damage
operations. This may be specific to Total Loss, Salvage, Material Damage Specialists (MDS)
or Field and Direct Repair Facilities and warrant overlapping knowledge despite focus
within a designated discipline.
The supervisor is responsible for timely claims handling resolution, adherence to Aspire
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a team of material desk auditors, total loss adjusters, or
salvage specialists, and field appraisers.
- Be responsible for selecting and managing a staff of material damage specialists. This
includes load leveling workload in the best interests of the company to drive cycle time;
perform team member audits, mentoring staff; maintaining or exceeding metric objectives.
- Ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within company standards and industry best
