Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Chemical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Electronic Engineering. 5 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:
Assure production and facilities equipment availability. To provide solutions to the company requirements.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Develop preventive/predictive maintenance routines.




- Develop and implement improvement projects, ensure safety, follow procedures and manufacturer's recommendations to maintain the goals of the department and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to teach and develop courses and training materials for technicians.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge in critical equipment and building maintenance.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.
- Advanced knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).
- Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.
- Use of measuring and control systems.
- Lead improvements and projects and manage team resources.
- Data analysis driven.
- Sound judgment and creativity to make changes & negotiation skills.
- Mentoring & training.
