Compensation
- Base Salary: $1,500 USD per month
- Commission: Earn additional income per deal closed / buyer matched
- Total Earning Potential: Top performers earn $2,500-$3,500+ USD per month.

What You’ll Do
We are looking for versatile, sharp sales talent. While our immediate priority is expanding our Acquisitions (Buying) team, we are interviewing for professionals who can excel at either side of our sales pipeline (Acquisitions or Investor Dispositions). We will determine the absolute best fit for your skill set during the interview process.
Core Responsibilities include:
- Acquisitions (Immediate Priority): Speak directly with U.S. homeowners interested in selling, build deep rapport, uncover their motivation, present offers, and negotiate win-win purchase agreements.
- Dispositions & Investor Relations: Connect with real estate cash buyers and investors in the U.S., market our available inventory, understand investor criteria, and pitch/close deals.
- Pipeline Management: Follow up with prospects and investors consistently to keep deals moving forward.
- CRM Discipline: Update CRM notes and pipeline daily with extreme accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- Flawless English speaking ability (Non-negotiable).:
- 1+ year of sales experience (Phone sales, outbound calling, or high-ticket closing preferred).
- 100% comfortable speaking with U.S.based homeowners and business investors.
- Confident, positive, resilient, and persuasive communication style.
