Are you a seasoned Technical Program Manager passionate about leading large-scale cloud-native platforms and driving Agile delivery excellence ? We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team and help deliver impactful technical programs.

8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM)
✅ Java
Software Development Lifecycle ( SDLC )
✅ Strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies , including:
Sprint Planning
Experience defining and delivering cloud-native software products and platforms at scale
✅ Proven experience breaking down complex problems, organizing work, planning sprints,



and delivering programs using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
✅ Strong ability to drive data-driven decision making and implement continuous improvement practices across teams
✅ A strategic and hands-on TPM who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys diving deep into technical challenges, understands cloud-native architectures , and can successfully bridge the gap between business strategy and engineering execution .
