As part of our Liquid Logistics Solutions (LLS) team, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process and partnering closely with Account Executives to drive business success. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in logistics and sales support.
✅ Support the sales team by preparing quotes for international trade lanes, including spot rates, tenders, and rate matrices , in collaboration with Account Executives
Generate and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports
Assist in identifying new leads and optimizing the sales process
Manage inbound calls, route inquiries, and maintain clear communication




Enter and maintain accurate data in internal databases and CRM (Sugar)
Bachelor’s degree in International Business or equivalent experience ( recent graduates are welcome)
Familiarity with sales cycles, quoting processes, and CRM systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Experience in sales support or account management in a B2B environment is a plus

Monday to Friday
~8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Local Time)
