Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Accounting-Finance or a related field.
✨ Intermediate/advanced English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle R12/Cloud, SAP) or similar financial systems.
Serve as the primary liaison between Finance operational teams and IT, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.
Provide functional support and timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and system issues related to Oracle and financial business applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues impacting key finance processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
Support application testing, system enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and release activities to ensure business continuity.
Collaborate with regional and integral IT teams to drive system optimization, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.




Monitor application performance, identify recurring issues, and recommend sustainable solutions to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and business functions to prioritize system enhancements and support strategic projects.
Ensure proper system utilization through end-user support, documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
