Collections & Deductions Analyst

Location: Mexico City

Role Summary

As a Collections & Deductions Analyst on our Order-to-Cash (C2C) team, you will manage customer account balances and resolve deduction issues for top-tier retail and corporate accounts across the US and Canada. Based in Mexico City and reporting to the Jr. Team Lead,



this position plays a critical role in optimizing cash flow and protecting financial performance across a portfolio generating over $180M in monthly AR. In this fast-paced environment, you will proactively identify collection risks, resolve complex deduction categories, and build strong cross-functional partnerships to streamline revenue management.

Responsibilities

Manage portfolio customer balances, issue past-due notices, and implement strategic collection approaches to drive timely payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Analyze, dispute, and clear open deductions across Gross-to-Net (GTN) promotions, vendor compliance, pricing, and inventory categories within strict deadline parameters across multiple portals.
Conduct root-cause analysis on AR balances and recurring deduction issues to optimize collection rates and improve cross-functional workflows.
