You Are
Under limited supervision, implement, test, documents and supports self-service business intelligence tools including analytics, visualization, reporting technologies and processes within the Self-Service Analytics team.
The Opportunity
Support and enable business intelligence and analytics user base, troubleshoot, and answer user questions, and assist BI Lead on training/best practice learning sessions, gather, and analyze requirements and pain points in support of business intelligence user needs.
Assist users to apply existing standards, processes, and procedures for optimizing the use of Tableau and Power BI.
Assist capability lead to document knowledgebase materials like FAQ and error catalog.
Assist capability lead to document, implement and automate process improvements to reduce KTLO support.
Manage Power BI and Tableau user access and licenses.
Assist capability lead on administering Tableau Server and Power BI Service.
Assist Tableau and Power BI to deploy, manage, govern, and tune their solutions.
Work with the rest of the Self-Service Analytics Center of Excellence (SSACOE) team on initiatives that relate to business intelligence and analytics self-service strategy.
