Role Summary: SEGULA Technologies is seeking a proactive, resolution-oriented Mid-Level Project Engineer to bridge engineering project management with data systems coordination. In this role, you will lead project execution to ensure cost, quality, schedule, and margin targets are met while cultivating strong client partnerships. You will also leverage data visualization and workflow automation tools to optimize operational visibility and drive continuous improvement across international projects.Core Position ObjectivesProject Execution:

Lead project contracts from design to completion, meeting service, cost, quality, and deadline objectives.
Client Satisfaction:



Serve as a key client liaison to cultivate partner relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Data Systems Management: Build tracking tools and automations to streamline project documentation, metrics, and KPI reporting.
Risk & Quality Assurance: Conduct risk analyses, implement corrective actions, and adhere to standard PMO procedures and ISO 9001 quality standards

Responsibilities

Project Execution & Team Coordination:

Lead multi-disciplinary engineering project execution, monitoring deliverables to align with customer requirements and budget parameters.
Manage workforce allocation, position negotiations, onboarding processes, and operational follow-ups for client programs.
Prepare and validate tender responses, project preparation, and steering structures.
Apply project management standards, promote PM efficiency within the organization, and support team recruitment and development.
